Treelines Update

The plentiful rainfall and warmer weather the past few weeks has helped the grass to grow rapidly in the tree-lines that we cleared over the winter. Using the hydro-seeder definitely helped to keep the seed in place long enough to germinate and has created a healthy stand of fescue. We will give these areas another shot of fertilizer in the fall which will help it to catch up to the surrounding areas.(Just what everyone wanted to hear!)Here are some updated photos.

Way too much undergrowth and shade left it nearly impossible to keep grass in this area.

Still pretty shaded but the increased airflow has helped significantly.
